Michael Woodfield
Preaching & Vision
Michael is passionate about seeing revival come to Dyersburg and equipping our TC family to live as Sent Ones who are: Following Jesus ~ Sent On A Mission. He’s committed to developing disciples who share Jesus in their everyday lives. Together with his wife Erin, he shepherds our church family as we pray for revival and greater Kingdom impact.
Bob Jones
Executive Pastor
Bob cares deeply about the health and effectiveness of our TC family. He oversees operations, administration, and leadership structure, ensuring our pastors and volunteers can focus on advancing the mission. Together with his wife Mona, he shepherds our church family and leadership team.
Giuseppe Ciccone
Worship & Student Pastor
Giuseppe leads our worship ministry, helping guide our church into God’s presence. He is committed to cultivating a culture of authentic worship that overflows into everyday life, preparing hearts for revival. Together he and his wife Katie lead in our Kids and Student ministries.
Our Elder Team
The Community is led by a team of elders. We believe in the biblical model where the role of pastor is also an elder (Acts 20:17, 28; 1 Peter 5:1-2) with a responsibility of shepherding, teaching, and providing spiritual oversight.
Our elder team consists of our three pastors—Michael Woodfield, Bob Jones, and Giuseppe Ciccone. They serve alongside David Hay, Mick McIntire, Miles Dunagan, and David Benedict.
